Bellinger Landcare Inc. is seeking expressions of interest from qualified contractors competent to deliver in any one or more of these activities.
- on ground bush regeneration works, vegetation condition assessment and planning on ground work
- workshop delivery
Expressions of Interest must address all the following selection criteria by filling in the expression of interest form submitted
Contractors who have previously provided an expression of interest should resubmit their details with updated information and fee schedules.
Successful applicants will be placed on the Bellinger Landcare Inc preferred contractors list and work will be allocated to preferred contractors on a site by site and project by project basis depending upon their suitability for type of work required. Submitting this EOI does not guarantee contract work.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Bush regeneration and monitoring on ground work
- Minimum Cert II Conservation and Land Management qualification. Accreditation with the Australian Association of Bush Regenerators is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a range of best practice bush regeneration techniques applicable to a range of situations in vegetation types on the Mid North Coast and Dorrigo Plateau in New South Wales.
- Demonstrated experience in vegetation condition assessment and planning on ground work.
- Good communication skills particularly when relating to private landholders and land managers who are to be engaged in planning on ground work and who are responsible for ongoing site maintenance.
- Current certificate of public liability insurance to the value of $20 million; current certificate of personal accident insurance; current Chemcert accreditation; current certificate of comprehensive vehicle insurance; and detailed evidence of compliance with WH&S requirements.
- Value for money as demonstrated by the fee schedule to be submitted with this application.
- Quality of professional references from two referees contactable by phone.
Project Management
- Suitability of relevant qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in one or all of the following tasks with preference given for work undertaken on the NSW Mid North Coast and/or the Dorrigo Plateau.
- Engaging landholders and community groups in the planning and implementation of on ground natural resource management works including stock management, weed control, best practise bush regeneration and revegetation planning.
- Completing site plans for the implementation of on ground natural resource management works including stock management, weed control, best practise bush regeneration and revegetation planning.
- Baseline vegetation and site condition assessment and monitoring and reporting the progress and completion of on ground natural resource management works including stock management, weed control, best practise bush regeneration and revegetation planning.
- Engagement and direction of bush regeneration contractors and sourcing revegetation plant stock and other material required for the successful implementation of weed control, bush regeneration and revegetation works.
- Current certificate of public liability insurance to the value of $20 million; current certificate of personal accident insurance; and current certificate of comprehensive vehicle insurance; and detailed.
- Value for money as demonstrated by the fee schedule to be submitted with this application.
- Extent of experience detailed in your uploaded resume.

Workshop delivery
- Demonstrated experience in the planning, delivery and evaluation of workshops to build the capacity of private landholders and land managers engaged in natural resource management.
- Current certificate of public liability insurance to the value of $20 million; current certificate of personal accident insurance; and current certificate of comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- Value for money as demonstrated by the fee schedule to be submitted with this application.

Graphic Design
- Demonstrated experience working to briefs to deliver graphic design work, particularly related to natural resource management.
- Quality of portfolio submitted with the EOI.
- Current certificate of public liability insurance to the value of $20 million.
